July has arrived, bringing with it two exciting new releases! Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that Coconut has been nominated for the Stevie Awards in the Employer of the Year category. Client View and Contact Center

New ‘Next available’ button

We're excited to introduce a new feature to streamline finding the next available appointment! Our new 'Next available' button helps your customers and contact center agents quickly navigate to open dates. The ‘Earliest available’ button will only show when the user is not currently looking at the earliest available date.

This feature will be automatically enabled for all customers on July 24th.

API

Appointment start and end time actuals

Our API now includes the actual appointment start and end timestamps for scheduled and unscheduled meetings. This enhancement allows for more precise tracking and management of appointments, ensuring you have accurate and up-to-date information.
