Core Application

New Services Page

Coconut Administrators will now have the option to switch to the new Services Page, which has been updated to provide a more streamlined experience for managing your organization’s services.

With this update, teams can better support more complex service configurations, including Multi-LOB setup, from a modernized Services management experience.

This improvement helps administrators manage services with greater clarity and better supports organizations with more advanced configuration needs.

Coconut Administrators can now switch to the new Services page, which provides a more streamlined experience for managing your organization's services.

Key improvements include:

  • A simplified interface for managing services

  • Improved support for advanced service configurations

  • Enhanced support for Multi-LOB environments

  • Greater visibility into service setup and management

These updates help administrators manage services with greater clarity while providing the flexibility needed to support more complex organizational requirements.

The new Services page is available now to all Coconut Administrators.

Insights Tab

Average time metrics now use median values

In the Insights tab, time-based metrics now use median values instead of averages, with labels updated throughout the experience to reflect the new calculation method.

This change helps reduce the impact of extreme outliers and provides a more accurate view of typical performance across key metrics, including wait times, lead times, and service durations.

This update to the Insights tab will be available to all accounts on July 22, 2026.

SSO Role Provisioning Support

Custom Roles and Permissions is now compatible with SSO role provisioning.

Organizations using Custom Roles and Permissions (CRP) can now assign both a user's Profile and Custom Roles through their identity provider. This allows user access and permissions to be managed directly through SSO, helping reduce manual administration and ensuring role assignments remain consistent across systems.

With this update:

  • A single SSO role assignment can provision one Profile and one or more Custom Roles

  • Custom Roles can be assigned directly through your identity provider

  • Custom Role assignments automatically stay in sync as SSO role assignments change

Organizations that are not using Custom Roles and Permissions with SSO role provisioning will not experience any changes to their existing SSO configuration or behavior.

SSO role provisioning will be available to all accounts on July 22, 2026.

Dashboard

Meeting Timezones

How timezones are displayed on the Dashboard has been updated to follow the same timezone priority rules used throughout Schedule. This update provides a more consistent and predictable experience when viewing meetings across Dashboard and Schedule.

Timezone display now follows this priority order:

  1. User timezone preference

  2. Event location timezone

  3. System timezone

Additional timezone information is now displayed throughout the Dashboard, including:

  • Meeting details and event information

  • Meeting lists, such as In Progress and Unassigned meetings

  • The date filter

With this update, timezone information is displayed consistently across both experiences, helping reduce confusion and ensuring users see the same meeting information regardless of where they are viewing it.

This update to timezones will be available to all accounts on July 22, 2026.

Advanced Analytics

Revamped Engagement Overview Dashboard - Now With Benchmarks!

This feature will now be included in the August release.

The Engagement Overview dashboard has been updated to give leaders a clearer, more actionable view of performance across their organization.

The redesigned dashboard makes it easier to assess operational health, identify trends, and understand performance across locations, services, and engagement types.

Key enhancements include:

  • Peer benchmarks for select metrics, providing additional context on how your organization’s performance compares to similar organizations

  • New visualizations that highlight trends and performance patterns more clearly

  • Enhanced metric breakdowns that make high-level performance data easier to interpret

  • Updated service classification reporting to improve visibility into engagement activity

Updates to the Engagement Overview dashboard will be available to accounts with Advanced Analytics on July 22, 2026.

Contact Centre

Appointment durations are now visible during booking

The Contact Centre booking flow has been updated so staff can now see the scheduled duration for the selected appointment type before confirming an appointment.

This helps staff communicate the expected time commitment more clearly and reduces the need to check another area of the platform during the booking process.

With this update

  • Contact Centre staff can now view the standard duration for the selected appointment type directly in the booking flow before the appointment is confirmed.

  • The duration shown in Contact Centre matches the duration shown in Schedule View and Client View for the same appointment type, helping provide a more consistent booking experience across the platform.

Updates to the contact center appointment flow will be available to accounts on July 22, 2026.
