Streamlined Client Dialogs with Improved Matching Logic
We’ve updated the client creation experience across Schedule and Dashboard to give staff a more intuitive and consistent way to add or edit client details. This improvement helps make appointment booking easier while keeping client records cleaner and more organized.
What’s new
Instant duplicate checks: When staff create a client, duplicate checks now happen immediately across all client dialog screens, before an appointment is booked.
Clearer decisions when matches are found: If a potential duplicate is detected, staff are prompted to choose whether to use the existing client profile or create a new one.

Custom Roles and Permissions
Availability
Custom Roles and Permissions is now available to all customers in Demo environments.
The next group of accounts will receive access in Production on June 24, 2026.

Advanced Analytics
Conversational Analytics (Beta)
Conversational Analytics (Beta) is now available in Advanced Analytics for all users with an Edit license, giving your team a faster, easier way to explore Coconut data using plain-language questions.
Instead of building reports from scratch, users can ask questions like “Which branches had the highest no-show rate last quarter?” and get charts, tables, or summaries powered by the same trusted analytics layer behind your dashboards.
This makes it easier to uncover insights, explore follow-up questions, and get answers faster.
This beta will be accessible to all Advanced Analytics Edit Users on June 24, 2026.
Field Descriptions
When users are building or exploring queries in Advanced Analytics, they can now hover over the “i” icon next to each field, dimension, and measure to view a user-friendly description.
These descriptions include details such as how fields are calculated, clarification on date fields, synonyms for key terms, and more.
The update will be available to all accounts with Advanced Analytics on June 24, 2026.

We’ve updated the default service classifications to make it easier to understand service-related data trends in Advanced Analytics.
