Advanced Analytics

Landing page and navigation refresh

It’s a new landing page for Advanced Analytics! This new look is focused on helping you find what you need more quickly and easily. And speaking of quick and easy, we’ve also made some navigation improvements - enabling you with simpler and faster navigation to the data you and your organization need.

These enhancements are automatically available to all Advanced Analytics customers.

Please refer to the Advanced Analytics section of our Help Center for additional details when release is live in production.

Staff filter for Engagements Overview dashboard

Advanced Analytics users are now able to filter the Engagements Overview dashboard by staff member. A Staff Name option is now available from the filters area for easy and efficient review of engagements as they relate to an individual staff member.

This enhancement is automatically available to all Advanced Analytics customers.

NEW! Default timezone across Advanced Analytics

Now, Advanced Analytics uses the timezone set in a user’s Coconut profile as the default timezone in Advanced Analytics - minimizing the number of clicks required to access the metrics that matter most to you.

This enhancement is automatically available to all Advanced Analytics customers.

Clients

Maximum length prompts for profile fields

Now, when entering or updating a client/member’s profile details, staff receive a visual prompt if they reach the maximum character limit.

In Clients, this applies to the following fields:

Existing client/member notifications

We’re making it easier for you and or your organization to minimize the potential of duplicate data while maximizing the value of the engagement insights gained from Coconut when creating client records through the Dashboard or Client areas.

Now, when a staff creates a new client/member, if the contact details entered match an existing profile, a visual prompt will alert the staff that an existing client/member record exists. This notification will display if one of the following conditions is met:

  • There is member with the same external ID in the system; OR

  • There is member in the system that has the same first name, last name and either the same email address or the same phone number

This enhancement is automatically enabled for all customers.

Connect

Multiple usability enhancements

We continue to enhance the video appointment experience for our Connect users with multiple enhancements in this release. Read on for more details.

Retry stuck audio

If, when downloading the audio recording from a Connect meeting, the audio gets stuck, users can retry to complete the download process.

This enhancement is automatically enabled for all Connect customers.

Easily rejoin a call

Now, if disconnected from a Connect meeting due to, for example, a lost internet connection or a browser crash, meeting participants can rejoin the call by simply reloading the page and opting to rejoin the call. If a user is already connected to a call and attempts to rejoin, they will be prompted to enter their name and email prior to joining.

This enhancement is automatically enabled for all Connect customers.

Troubleshooting tips for camera and/or microphone issues

Connect users can now access troubleshooting tips for resolving camera and/or microphone restrictions they may experience when joining a Connect meeting that are the result of app or browser permissions issues. Users experiencing such challenges are provided with a link to help materials in the error message that displays.

This enhancement is automatically enabled for all Connect customers.

Online Booking Experience (Client View)

Improved loading of date and time availability

Now, when clients/members are completing the online booking flow without selecting a specific staff member, date/time availability loads behind the scenes one week at a time instead of monthly. This provides clients/members with more instant results, improving their booking experience.

This enhancement is enabled for all customers.

Platform

Updated Appointments API

Coconut customers leveraging our B2B APIs can now retrieve multiple details associated with an appointment using one endpoint - eliminating the need to make multiple calls to retrieve various pieces of appointment-related info. These items include:

  • Clients/members including in the appointment

  • Staff assigned to the appointment

  • Cancellation details (if applicable)

  • The service associated with the appointment

  • The video meeting link (if applicable)

  • The meeting method

  • The channel used to book the appointment

This enhancement is available to all customers.
