Schedule

Location sorting updates

When customers/members are prompted to select a location during the booking flow, they’ll now see results ordered by proximity to the searched location, with the location closest to them at the top of the list. Customers/members will also be able to use the “locations near me” button to order locations based on their current location.

This feature will be automatically enabled for all customers. Should you prefer a specific type of location sorting, please connect with your Customer Success Manager.

Contact Center

View and manage workflows from the contact center

Workflows allows staff to deliver an exceptional customer/member experience by connecting appointments related to a specific customer/member in a centralized place.

Now, staff can view and manage Workflows from the Contact Center. This includes creating a Workflow to associate with a new or existing appointment, linking a new or existing appointment to an existing Workflow, and viewing Workflow details from within the selected appointment.

This functionality will automatically be enabled for all customers with our Contact Center product who have Workflows enabled. For more information on Workflows, please connect with your Customer Success Manager.

Lobby (Queue Management)

Lobby availability by role

Previously, only Managers could adjust the availability of other staff members at their locations. We’re rolling out a new setting that allows admins to give Staff Advanced users permission to make these adjustments as well.

To enable this setting, please head to the “Lobby Management Settings” area of Coconut.

Platform

Updated look and feel for the Clients area

It’s a makeover for the Clients area of Coconut! Now, when accessing Clients, users will experience a modernized look and feel similar to our Locations and Staff areas. This includes updated experiences for:

  • Adding a new client member

  • Editing an existing client’s profile

Hot Tip! Want to see only clients you have met with? There is a quick filter to “View My Clients”.

The ability to opt-in and try out the new look and feel is available to all users. To help with the transition, users will have the ability to return to the previous look and feel for the time being.

GSuite dashboard

We’ve created a new dashboard for customers who leverage our GSuite integration that allows you to spot GSuite sync issues in one place—without needing to contact Coconut support. Through this new enhancement, you’ll be able to:

  • See failed staff sync and event sync at a glance on the issues tab

  • Monitor the status of event syncing for GSuite

  • Retry failed event and user syncs

This new dashboard will be automatically enabled for any customers who use our GSuite integration.

Advanced Analytics

New navigation menu

Advanced Analytics users now have a quicker, easier way to navigate across Dashboards, Explores and Looks with the new “Go to” navigation menu. Expanding this menu will allow you to see Dashboards, Explores and Looks in one spot.

This functionality will be automatically enabled for all Advanced Analytics users.

Copy dashboards and looks

It’s also now possible to make a copy of any Dashboard or Look in Advanced Analytics and easily add it to your “My Content” area.

This functionality will automatically be enabled for all Advanced Analytics users.
