Deep-Dive Dashboard for Services
Advanced Analytics users can also now leverage a new dashboard! The Services Deep-Dive drills into various service-related parameters - enabling you to quickly review trends across your organization’s engagements from multiple lenses.
This feature is automatically enabled for Advanced Analytics customers.

Connect
Enhanced authentication requirements for staff
Coconut is bringing you increased peace of mind when engaging with your customers/members through Connect by adding enhanced authentication requirements for staff. Now, if a staff member is not logged into Coconut, or if their session has expired, they will be prompted to sign in before joining a Connect meeting.
This functionality is automatically enabled for all Connect customers.

Q2 Digital Banking
We're excited to announce our newest integration with Q2 Digital Banking! This integration allows customers to book time with an advisor directly within their online banking account or mobile banking app, enabling financial institutions to unlock more lending opportunities through a streamlined digital experience. Lobby (Queue Management)
Provide multiple services during the same walk-in engagement
Have customers/members who want to join the queue once, but meet for multiple reasons? Now, staff can include multiple services when adding a customer/member to the queue - helping you provide exceptional customer service while also accurately reflecting the many services your staff is completing on behalf of the customer/member.
This optional enhancement is available to Lobby (Queue Management) customers.

Platform
In-app colors reflect your organization’s branding
Now, the color of in-app UI elements, such as the +New button and various icons, reflect your organization’s theme colors, as determined by your branding settings. This provides your employees with an experience that reflects the theme and tone of your organization’s mission, connecting them in subtle ways to your vision.
This enhancement is automatically enabled for all customers.
Schedule
View and manage Workflows from Schedule
With Workflows, staff can deliver an exceptional customer/member experience by connecting appointments related to a specific customer/member in a centralized place, where they can quickly and effortlessly review info related to that customer/member in advance of each appointment.
Now, in addition to being available from Clients and Dashboard, staff can view and manage Workflows from Schedule. This includes creating a new Workflow to associate with a new or existing appointment, linking a new or existing appointment to an existing Workflow, and viewing Workflow details from within the selected appointment.
This functionality is available to all customers with Workflows enabled. For more information on Workflows, please connect with your Customer Success contact.
