Add engagement from anywhere
Staff can now add an appointment, walk-in, or away/busy block from wherever they are within the app! Simply click +New in the navigation menu to initiate the workflow for creating one of these blocks. This quicker workflow replaces the ability to create a walk-in from Lobby. In addition, if the staff member creating the walk-in can perform the service it’s for, they can start the engagement as part of creating it!
NOTE: This functionality does not apply to Contact Center users.
Save time and clicks by adding a new appointment, walk-in, or away/busy block from the +New button in the navigation menu

Create multiple API keys and secrets
Admin users can now create multiple API keys and secrets within your Coconut instance. Multiple key-secret pairs can help your organization manage the various integrations you have that are connected to Coconut using APIs.

Simplified editing experience
So long, scrolling! Now, when editing a booking shortcut, a location, or a staff member’s details, users can access the edit option without having to first scroll through all displayed columns.

Support for additional languages
The client booking experience and customer-facing elements of Coconut’s platform are now available in five additional languages! Expand your customer reach and deepen existing customer relationships by providing the Coconut experience in:
Korean
Mandarin
Polish
Portuguese
Russian
Additional languages, such as Portuguese, are available to add to your Coconut instance

Staff
New Staff experience
Now, the new version of the staff experience will be on by default for all managers and admins. Users can switch back to the previous staff experience for the time being, however, please note that, as we continue to modernize our platform to enhance the experiences of our customers and their clients/members, the previous Staff version will be replaced in a future release.
