  • Easily explore detailed datasets with custom visualizations and pre-built dashboards

  • See new staff utilization and capacity planning insights for better staffing decisions

  • Enjoy improved audit reporting, new smart alerts and more

Unlock the benefits of Advanced Analytics before the free trial ends on November 5th. Check out our Help Center to get started.

Now, on to October’s updates, which include:

Appointments

24 Hour Clock Support

Support continues for using the 24 hour clock throughout our software. It is now available for our Lobby customers and also for the Dashboard.

If using in Lobby, the following are displayed using 24 hour format:

  • Expected start time for appointments

  • Expected end time for in-progress walk-ins

If using for the Dashboard, the following are displayed using 24 hour format:

  • Today’s events list

  • Pending engagements

  • Unassigned engagements

  • Event details

This enhancement is available to all Coconut customers, and can be enabled by updating this preference in Settings. To manage this and other personal settings, check out the Manage your profile article.

Booking Shortcuts Improvements

Our booking shortcuts just got smarter! Now, if a client reschedules an appointment originally booked through a shortcut that included a specific time frame (booking window), the reschedule flow respects that specific time frame, and a client can only reschedule for within the booking window associated with the shortcut.

This enhancement is automatically enabled for all Coconut customers. Head over to this article for more info on how to create a booking shortcut.

Cancellation Enhancements

There are times when a client attempts to cancel an appointment by declining the calendar invite they received at the time they booked the appointment. Now, if a client tries to do this too close to the appointment start time (as defined by your booking policies) they will receive an email notification informing them that the appointment has not been canceled, and that you are looking forward to connecting with them about their requested service.

This enhancement is automatically enabled for all Coconut customers. You can check out this article for details on the different appointment statuses.

Coconut Connect

Virtual background remembered

Now, when a Coconut Connect user sets a virtual background, this background is remembered and used for future calls. No need to return to settings for each meeting!

This enhancement is available to our Coconut Connect customers.
