And just like that, another year is coming to a close! Before we say goodbye to 2023, we're rolling out a handful of updates aimed at providing a smoother and more organized platform experience.

In this release:

Platform

Service Classifications

We're thrilled to introduce the first step in our organizational benchmarking initiative! You can now choose a predefined classification for your services to help group them in your analytics. These 'Service Classifications' will be used in the future for benchmarking purposes, as well as industry comparisons. This feature will be automatically enabled for all Coconut customers.

Centrally-Managed Appointment History

We’ve introduced an enhancement to our client experience with a centralized appointment history section. The history section, available at the bottom of the appointment details pages in the schedule, now offers a comprehensive view of changes made to appointments.

It includes details on what was changed (e.g., updated time) and where the change originated (e.g., from the schedule). This feature will be automatically enabled for all Coconut customers.

Notification System Update

We've implemented a limit of 100 notifications in the Coconut platform to optimize the overall performance of our systems. To access more notifications, users will be required to read or clear existing notifications. This update will be automatically enabled for all Coconut customers.
