Resync users in Microsoft® Exchange

Objective

Integrate Microsoft® Exchange with Coconut to provide staff members with the ability to sync and view appointments in either application.

Resync users to refresh the integration between Microsoft® Exchange and Coconut for that user.

NOTE: When a user is resynced, the ability to resync them once more is unavailable for a period of approximately 5 minutes.

Steps

To resync a user:

  1. From the navigation menu, click Settings

  2. From Integrations & API, click Microsoft Exchange

  3. Click Users to be directed to the users tab

  4. Navigate to the desired user and click the more actions () icon

  5. Click Reset Sync

  6. A confirmation appears; click Confirm to continue

  7. The screen refreshes and a Resync Disabled tag appears next to the user who is being resynced

To resync multiple users:

  1. From the navigation menu, click Settings

  2. From Integrations & API, click Microsoft Exchange

  3. Click Users to be directed to the users tab

  4. Select the box beside the Staff column heading to select all users appearing in the list

    • Hot Tip! Click the filters icon and filter users to narrow search results

  5. Click the resync icon

Select the box beside Staff to select all users and then click the resync icon; or filter the list from the filter icon prior to selecting all staff for a resync

A note on access and visibility

Admin users can access Settings and configure the Microsoft® Exchange integration.
