Disconnect your Microsoft® Exchange Integration

Objective

Integrate Microsoft Exchange® with Coconut to provide staff members with the ability to sync and view appointments in either application.

Disconnect your integration when it is no longer required.

NOTE: When the integration is disconnected, all events/appointments will be removed from both Microsoft and Coconut calendars. There is no way to reverse this removal process once initiated.

NOTE: Exchange integration is an optional add-on. Please connect with your Customer Success Manager to get started.

Hot Tip!

Only disconnect your integration when it is no longer required. As an alternative to disconnecting, you can disable/re-enable the integration, resync users, or resync events.

Steps

  1. From the navigation menu, click Settings

  2. From Integrations & API, click Microsoft Exchange

  3. From the Configuration tab, click Disconnect

  4. A confirmation displays; click Disconnect to proceed

The integration is disconnected. Disconnecting:

  • Removes all Microsoft Exchange calendar events/appointments from Coconut

  • Removes all Coconut calendar events/appointments from Microsoft Exchange

  • Remove Microsoft Exchange service account credentials from Coconut

A note on access and visibility

Admin users can access Settings and disconnect the Microsoft Exchange® integration.
