The Analytics homepage experience is being completely reimagined. This first of three releases introduces a refreshed, more insightful experience designed to answer key operational questions for management teams.

New navigation
Quickly access Coconut-curated dashboards, favorited content, and your own dashboards from the new sidebar.
All previous functionality retained
All existing Analytics functionality remains available in the new homepage.
The new Homepage will be available to all users with Analytics licenses on December 15, 2025.
NOTE:
Analytics features are not available on demo accounts.
Quickstream – Group Services
Group appointments allow multiple customers to register for seminar type events. With this update, Quickstream capacity will no longer be used by group appointments. This change ensures accurate capacity tracking and maintains availability for individual sessions. The user interface remains the same.
This update will be available on January 7, 2026.
