Advanced Analytics
New Dashboards Available
We’ve added 5 new dashboards to Advanced Analytics, giving you deeper visibility into your organization’s performance.
Access will be automatically available to all accounts with an Advanced Analytics license. If your organization does not currently subscribe, please reach out to your Customer Success team to learn more about enabling this feature.
Languages (Available October 22)
See the language needs of your customers and members. This dashboard shows the volume of appointments and walk-ins by requested language, helping you make informed staffing decisions and run more targeted marketing campaigns.
Location (Available now)
Get a complete picture of branch performance. This scorecard highlights appointment and walk-in volume, wait times, and cancellation rates to help you monitor overall branch efficiency.
Staff (Available now)
Track key metrics for your team. This dashboard ranks staff by completed appointments and includes efficiency measures like utilization rate and average handle time.
Service Name (Available now)
Understand which services have the biggest impact. Review service-specific volume, cancellation rates, and average handle times to identify trends and opportunities.
Service Category (Available now)
Analyze performance across broader service groups. This roll-up view shows overall volume, cancellation, and handle time by service category.
Schedule
Location Events View
We’re excited to introduce an enhancement to the Schedule page that makes it more intuitive and informative from the very first click. Previously, when viewing a location’s schedule without selecting a specific staff member, the calendar appeared empty.
What's New?
With the new Location View, the Schedule now automatically displays all location-wide appointments and events, along with the location’s hours of operation.
This update provides an at-a-glance view of all location activity, helping you quickly understand what’s happening throughout the day or week and manage schedules more effectively.
This update was driven by user feedback and is one of many steps Coconut is taking to enhance advisors’ daily workflows.
Q2 Digital Banking Integration
Scroll Bar for Upcoming Appointments
The Q2 appointment widget now includes a scroll bar, making it easier to view all upcoming appointments at a glance. This enhancement improves usability by ensuring that long appointment lists are fully accessible without taking up extra space on the page.
NOTE:
This change will be deployed to Q2 in October (specific date to be confirmed).
SMS Notifications
Shorter URLs
We are launching a new URL shortener to improve the look and feel of appointment notifications for your customers. This update automatically shortens links, making them easier to read and share while reducing message length.

Client View
Name Field Character Limit Increased
We’ve increased the First Name and Last Name fields to allow up to 30 characters (previously 20). This change ensures accessibility for customers and members with longer names.
Booking Shortcut Link Improvement
Question Marks Now Supported in Links
You can now include question marks (?) in your Booking Shortcut URLs. This allows you to add query parameters, such as ?source=email, to track link performance and better understand where traffic is coming from.
Schedule
View Location Events Without Staff Selected
You can now view location events on the Schedule without needing to select staff. This enhancement provides clearer visibility into location-level activity, helping you better understand scheduling needs at a glance.
Client Management
Faster Client Management for Senior Staff
You can now manage clients more efficiently if you have Staff Plus, Staff Advanced, or higher permissions.
What’s New for Senior Staff
Add Clients Instantly: Use the Add Client button directly from the Clients tab, without needing to create an appointment first.
Full Organization View: See all clients across every location in your organization in one unified list, giving you complete visibility.
For All Other Staff Roles
Your experience remains the same: client lists are filtered by assigned location(s), and new clients are added through the appointment workflow.
NOTE:
These enhancements apply only to organizations that have the All Clients Visible to All Staff Roles setting enabled under Optional Add-Ons.
API & Imports
Supported Locale Feature Replaced with Staff Spoken Languages
In August, Coconut introduced a new Client View Language setting that supports a custom list of staff spoken languages. All customers have now been migrated to this new setting.
In October, we will sunset the legacy language setting, including support for supported_locale
values in any import/export, B2B API, or Open API references.
The new model adds support for Staff Spoken Languages, enabling more flexible management of multilingual staff experiences.
