Custom Questions - Alphanumeric Sorting
The Questions section is where you can create custom questions that will be completed:
By customers/members as they are scheduling an appointment through the Client View
By staff as part of facilitating appointments
The ability to sort questions alphanumerically is now available - making it faster to navigate a long list of options. By default your Options will remain sorted by “List Order”.
NOTE: This enhancement is automatically available to all customers.
Clients - Matching Similar Records
Client matching has been improved to propose a record that closely matches, when a similar new client record is created - the last name and email field are used to identify similar records. The proposed record can be used or a new record can be created.

Branch Locator - UX improvements
Text updates to the search field to make it more user friendly.
The service list now displays service categories, to make it easier to navigate a long list of services.
ATMs now have their own custom pin to help distinguish between Branches, ATM and the ATM network in the map view.
Customers/members can now search and filter results by location type (ATM, ATM network, or Branch)
NOTE: This enhancement is automatically available to all customers subscribed to the branch locator.
Client View - Custom iFrames
The iFrame view dimensions broadcasting functionality now broadcasts more accurate heights and works between steps as the height increases or decreases.
Note:
Most iFrame implementations will not be impacted by this change. It will only impact customers with iFrames that actively listen for dimension broadcasts and dynamically adjust their size.
Dashboard
Hiding Preferred Language
The option to hide the preferred language for a walk-in created through the +Add New dialogue is now available.
To change this setting:
From the navigation menu, click Settings
Click Admin View
Navigate to Dashboard, and toggle the "Show preferred language dropdown when adding a walk-in" setting
Global Edit for Questions
The edit buttons for each individual answer has been replaced with a global edit mode in the questions tab.
Schedule 2.0 - Layout Customization Coming Soon
Since launching Schedule 2.0 as the default experience, we've heard some valuable feedback about the preference to customize the schedule layout with either a vertical or horizontal option. We appreciate the feedback and we are listening!
Good news! Our team has worked quickly and on July 23, staff and users will have the ability to customize their preferred layout between horizontal (figure 1) and vertical views. This can be done through a one-time pop-up (figure 2), with the ability to switch preferences anytime in the filter settings (figure 3).
NOTE: This enhancement is automatically available to all customers in production and demo on July 23.

Kiosk
As a reminder, the New Kiosk changes mentioned in last month's release notes are going into production. In order to see these changes, the New Kiosk link needs to be used. In August, all kiosk links (new and old) will direct users to the new Kiosk experience.
