Another month, another set of exciting updates from our Product, Design and Engineering teams. Here’s a glimpse of what we’ll be rolling out before November is over.
Revamped reporting UI and infrastructure enhancements
Lobby updates including feedback collection and staff dashboard improvements
Reporting improvements
Our Reports section has been revamped with a fresh new look and infrastructure enhancements to help you:
Reliably export large volumes of data
Include walk-in and appointment data in a single report (E.g. you can now export answers to walk-in questions)
Download previously run reports and see a historical view of reports that have been generated
This is just the beginning of what we’ve got in store for reporting improvements. If you’d like to be considered to try out new data enhancements and features be sure to join our beta program.
Simplified service assignments
We’ve streamlined the way services are assigned to staff by allowing you to easily assign a default set of services to a group of staff members.
If you move a staff member into a new group, we’ll automatically assign them to services that are assigned to that group. This will also help when creating new services, enabling you to assign a new service to a group of staff members.
You’ll still be able to manually edit, add or remove services for individual staff members where needed.
New appointment scheduling settings
Enable staff selection by location type: admins will be able to control when a client sees the option to select a specific staff member for an appointment based on the location they’ve selected. For example, if you don’t want to allow clients to select a specific staff member for virtual locations, you can now use this setting to turn off their ability to do so.
Enable service-specific cancellation and rescheduling policies: you’ll now be able to enforce cancellation and rescheduling policies for specific services—just like you can enforce appointment booking lead times.
Enable Cantonese and Mandarin during appointment booking: if your staff can provide service in Cantonese and/or Mandarin, they can now indicate that in their profile.
Lobby updates
Bulk URL/QR code download: you can easily download all of your lobby TV URLs, kiosk URLs and generate all of your location-specific QR codes from our new Locations table.
Feedback collection: once a lobby appointment has been completed, your clients will receive a thank you email or SMS providing them with an opportunity to submit feedback. All feedback collected will be available in our revamped Reports section.
Dashboard improvements: staff will be able to view the details of a walk-in before they start it. From this view they can also choose to start it, cancel it or set it as a no show.
Lobby TV icons: customize the color of the icons that are displayed on your Lobby TV so they match your brand colors. Head over to Settings>Lobby Management>Lobby TV URLs section to turn this feature on.
