Advanced Analytics

Enhanced metrics and reporting capabilities

Multiple enhancements are available this month for Advanced Analytics users. These include:

  • The ability to review the status of a staff member’s calendar sync (both Microsoft Exchange and GSuite integrations supported)

    • Hot Tip! You can leverage this information to create an alert that triggers in the event the sync status changes!

  • Adding the category name to a report if a location, service or staff belong to that category

  • The option to report on wait time and which direction wait time is trending based on previous engagements

    • Hot Tip! Wait time is calculated as follows:

      • Appointments: The time between when a client checks in for their appointment and when the appointment is started by the staff member

      • Walk-ins: The time between when the client joins the queue and when the staff member starts that engagement

  • The ability to report on engagements that are in an improper state, such as appointments that aren’t yet set to Completed - ensuring organizations are getting maximum insights from their Advanced Analytics data

  • The option to include answer details for multiple choice questions in outcomes analytics reporting

These enhancements are available to all Advanced Analytics users.

Connect

Support for DocuSign when using an SSO provider

Customers using a single sign-on provider to control access to applications can now leverage DocuSign during a Coconut Connect meeting. After staff members have accessed DocuSign through the SSO provider (for example, Okta), they can connect to DocuSign in the Connect call. Once connected, staff can review envelope contents with clients and facilitate signing ceremonies.

This functionality is available to all Coconut Connect customers who have connected DocuSign as an e-signature integration in Coconut.

Please refer to Complete signing activities during a Connect meeting after release is live February 22 for more details.

Staff

Updated look and feel for the Staff area

It’s a makeover for the Staff area of Coconut! Now, when accessing Staff, users will experience a modernized look and feel similar to our Locations area. This includes updated experiences for:

  • Adding a new staff member

  • Editing an existing staff member’s profile, including their staff category

  • Adding to or modifying a staff member’s assignments

    • Hot Tip! Not sure of the exact name for the location? When searching for locations to which you’ll assign a staff member, you can now search by location category instead of needing to know the precise name!

The ability to opt-in and try out the new look and feel is available to all users. To help with the transition, users will have the ability to return to the previous look and feel for the time being.
