In this release

Clients

Search improvements

In addition to new functionality, we are also continually working to enhance overall performance in the platform. This release, that includes improving the client search experience. Now, in addition to overall performance enhancements, it is easier to search for clients by both their phone number and their external ID.

These enhancements are automatically available to all users.

Connect

Join a Connect meeting by phone

Connect users can now dial into a meeting by phone. Dial-in participants are able to participate in the audio elements of the call, but are not able to view any shared screen content or participate in interactive elements such as signing ceremonies.

A dial-in participant joins a Connect call from dial-in details shared when they receive the meeting invitation. They are prompted for an access code to help validate their identity prior to joining the meeting. Once a dial-in participant has joined a call, other meeting attendees will be able to see a dial-in participant in the participants list.

This enhancement is automatically enabled for all Coconut Connect customers.

Please refer to the Connect section of our Help Center after release is live March 22 for more details.

Troubleshooting enhancements

Now, should a Connect call crash, participants are provided with the ability to copy the eventID and share this information with their support channels. This info equips troubleshooting teams with the additional info they require to provide a quick and efficient resolution.

This enhancement is automatically enabled for all Coconut Connect customers.

Meeting Spaces

Specify services at locations that require meeting spaces

You can now specify which services at a location require the use of a meeting space. These specifications apply to both appointments and, for customers using our Queue Management (Lobby) solution, walk-ins.

This enhancement is automatically enabled for all customers using Meeting Spaces.

Please refer to the Meeting Spaces section of our Help Center after release is live March 22 for more details.

Platform

Add an appointment or walk-in from anywhere

We’ve made it quicker and easier to add a new appointment, away/busy time, or, for our customers using our Queue Management (Lobby) solution, a new walk-in. Now, from wherever you are in the app, click +Add New. You'll be prompted right then and there to book on behalf of a client or member or schedule away/busy time for yourself - no need to navigate through the platform to complete your task!
