Objective
Integrate Microsoft® Exchange with Coconut to provide staff members with the ability to sync and view appointments in either application.
Review issues to troubleshoot and resolve errors with the integration.
Steps
Access Issues
From the navigation menu, click Settings
From Integrations & API, click Microsoft Exchange
Click Issues to be directed to the issues tab
The Issues tab displays. It is separated into two sections: Quick Stats tiles and the Issue Details table.
The Issues tab displays stats related to overall impact of any issues as well as a listing of specific issues
Review issue details
To review details related to a specific issue:
Navigate to the desired issue
Click View
The Issue Details display; review the Context information to learn more about the error and begin troubleshooting
From Scope, click the number of affected users to review who is specifically impacted by the issue
From Scope click the number of affected events to review which calendar events are impacted by the issue
Click How To Fix to review resolutions to some of the most common issues
Click View for any issue in the Issue Details table to open additional details related to that issue and next steps you can take to resolve it

Admin users can access Settings and configure the Microsoft® Exchange integration.
