Objective
Help staff members stay on top of maintaining a secure password by triggering a password reset.
NOTE: If your organization uses SSO, password reset functionality does not apply, as login information is determined by your SSO provider and setup.
Steps
A password reset can be triggered for a specific user. Navigate to the previous version of the staff experience to trigger a password reset for all staff.
Trigger a password reset for a specific staff
From the navigation menu, click Staff
Navigate to the desired staff member, and click the More Actions (⋮) icon
Click Reset Password
A confirmation displays; click Send to confirm
Trigger a password reset for all staff
NOTE: Navigate to the previous version of the staff experience to trigger a password reset for all staff.
From the navigation menu, click Staff
Click the dropdown arrow next to +Add
Click Reset Password
A confirmation displays; click Send to confirm
NOTE: This will trigger a password reset for all users who have set a password. New users who have not yet received an account invite will not be included.
A note on access and visibility
Admin users and managers can access other staff’s profile and assignment details by clicking Staff from the navigation menu.
