Objective
Create a pre-built or custom report to obtain insight into your organization’s performance across a variety of key metrics.
Steps
All reports: Select general parameters
From the navigation menu, click Reports
Click + New
Click Report
From Report Type, select one of the following report types:
Custom Report: Select your own criteria for what metrics you want to include in the report
Schedule by Staff: A report that includes past, present, and future appointments sorted by staff member
Summary by Staff: A snapshot of service statistics by staff
Summary by Client: A snapshot of service statistics by client
Requests: A list of clients on the appointment waitlist
Activity Overview: A summary of appointment information by client
Click Date Range and, using the calendar picker, click the start date and end date to generate the timeframe for the report

Each report type provides additional parameters to further customize your results.
Schedule by Staff, Summary by Staff, and Summary by Client reports
Select additional parameters, depending on the chosen report:
Schedule by Staff, Summary by Staff
From Booked by, select whether the report will include appointments booked by clients, staff, or all booked appointments
Check if you want the report to include attendee details for group services (Schedule by Staff only)
From Locations, select the desired location option for the report
From Staff, select the desired staff option for the report
From Statuses, check each status you want to include in the report
From Services, select the desired location option for the report
Summary by Client
From Clients, select the desired client option for the report
From Statuses, check each status you want to include in the report
From Services, select the desired location option for the report
Custom Report
From Based on, select whether the report will be based on Appointment Date or when appointment was booked
Appointment Date: Date the appointment took place
When appointment was booked: Date the appointment was scheduled
From Booked by, select whether the report will include appointments booked by clients, staff, or all booked appointments
From Engagement Type, select whether the report will include pre-booked appointments (Appointments), walk-in appointments (Walkins), or all appointments
From Locations, select the desired location option for the report
From Staff, select the desired staff option for the report
From Statuses, check each status you want to include in the report
From Services, select the desired location option for the report
From Fields, check each field you want to include in the report; these fields will display as columns in your report
NOTE: For a description of each field, please refer to Report Fields Reference
If desired, from Questions, check each question you want to include in the report
If desired, from Custom Forms, check each custom form field you want to include in the report
NOTE: To filter the Custom Forms options listed, click Filter and select the desired status filter
Activity Overview report
Check Show all appointments to include appointments from all time in the report
To focus the report on activity related to a specific client, enter their name in the Client field
From Statuses, check each status you want to include in the report
Generate the report
When all parameters are selected, click Generate
From the Generated Reports tab, click Download to review your report
Download the generated report to use in further analysis
Rerun a failed report
Sometimes, a report fails to run. When this happens, this will be indicated on the Generated Reports tab, and the failed report can be rerun.
To rerun a report:
From the Generated Reports tab, click the more actions (⋮) icon
Click Retry
Rerun a failed report by clicking the more actions icon and then Retry
