Objective

Assign locations and services to staff members so that they can be included as part of the scheduling process when clients book appointments.

Steps

  1. From the navigation menu, click Staff

  2. Navigate to the desired staff member and click the more actions () icon

  3. Click Assignments

  4. Search for the location(s) or location category where the staff member will be available to take client appointments

  5. Click a location to view a list of available services at that location

  6. Select each service the staff member will provide at that location

  7. If the staff member is assigned to multiple locations, repeat the service selection steps for each location

  8. When ready, click Save

A note on access and visibility

Admin users and managers can access other staff’s profile and assignment details.
