As an Admin in Coconut, you want to set up Candescent Digital Banking integration with Coconut to help your customers/members get an appointment as fast (and as easy) as possible, right from within their digital banking application. You want to reduce friction, save time, and ensure an easy path for your customers/members to get connected with a financial advisor.

Key Benefits

Here are some of the key benefits of integrating Coconut with Candescent Digital Banking:

  • A “book appointment” button is added to the digital banking interface (desktop and mobile)

  • Able to link directly to Coconut in a pop-up

  • Customer/member details are pre-filled

    • Fields remain editable if a customer/member wants to update their information

  • Coconut can report on appointments booked via the Candescent Digital Banking integration with the “digital banking” Booked Through value
