Objective

Integrate Reserve with Google™ and Coconut to enable your customers/members to book an appointment using Google™ Maps.

NOTE: The Reserve with Google™ integration is an add-on feature. Please connect with your Customer Success Manager to get started.

User Benefit

When Reserve with Google™ is integrated with Coconut, customers/members can book directly with your organization from a search for your business. There’s no need for them to navigate to your site, saving them a step in their scheduling process and increasing the probability of following through on booking with your organization. Customers/members are also able to access pre-meeting questions and language selection, as well as choose to book phone or video meetings through Reserve with Google™.

Before you begin

Reserve with Google™ is an add-on feature. Please connect with your Customer Success Manager to enable this functionality for your organization. For more information on what data Google collects and how it is used, please refer to Google’s Privacy & Terms.

Add and claim a Google Business Profile

For more information on adding and claiming your business on Google, please refer to these supporting materials. As part of this process, you will also need to verify your business. It can take up to several weeks for Google to complete the verification process.

NOTE: When adding and claiming your business on Google, the Business Category field must be one of Financial Institution, Federal Credit Union, or Credit Union for the integration with Coconut to be successful.

Hot Tip!
