Book an Appointment Using Reserve With Google™

Objective

Integrate Reserve with Google™ and Coconut to enable your clients to book an appointment using Google™ Maps.

NOTE: The Reserve with Google™ integration is an add-on feature. Please connect with your Customer Success Manager to get started.

Steps

To book an appointment using Reserve with Google™:

  1. Navigate to Google™ Maps

  2. Search for one of your organization’s locations

  3. Click Book Online

  4. Complete the appointment selection process:

    • NOTE: Available times are determined based on a location’s hours as set in Coconut

    • Click Book to select a service

    • After being redirected to Coconut (with location and service already selected)

      • Select a preferred language from the dropdown

      • Select a meeting method

      • Select a date and time

      • A client can select a preferred language and meeting method for their desired service during the booking process

  5. Complete the booking process by following the on-screen instructions

  6. A booking confirmation displays

Both client and staff will receive confirmation emails regarding the appointment. These email confirmations from Coconut will be sent in the language the client has selected during the booking process. If the client has an existing profile in Coconut and has opted in to SMS notifications, they will also receive a confirmation by text message.

The appointment also displays in Schedule in Coconut.

A note on access and visibility

Admins, managers, staff, and clients can schedule appointments using Reserve with Google™.
