Integrations
Salesforce: Person Account compatibility
This update enhances our Salesforce integration by adding support for Person Accounts, making it easier to manage individual customer profiles.
If you would like to enable person accounts, reach out to Customer Success to turn the feature on for your instance. Instructions for Salesforce field mapping for person accounts can be found here.
Client View
Optional Field Display Updates
We’ve refined the client view experience by adjusting how optional fields are displayed:
Before: Optional fields were explicitly labeled as "(optional)."
After: Optional fields are unmarked with additional text, and required fields are marked with a red asterisk
These changes create a cleaner interface, improving readability and user experience.
Release Date: February 26, 2025 (Live in both demo and production environments).
Dashboard
Final Transition to the New Dashboard
The new dashboard experience will officially become the default interface for all users on February 26, 2025. The opt-in/opt-out toggle will be removed, ensuring all users benefit from the new, improved layout and functionality.
In response to user feedback, we’re introducing final enhancements and bug fixes to refine the experience before full adoption.
Here are a few of the improvements we are delivering:
Customer Check-In now available from dashboard
Unassigned appointments will appear in the “Coming Up” bucket
Dashboard staff view defaults to “View for Everyone” instead of “View for Myself”
Admins have the ability to view all locations in dashboard
A bug that prevented the setting “Restrict Location Selection on Lobby View” from being enforced with the old dashboard has been fixed
