The new Dashboard brings together the Lobby Page and Dashboard Page into a single, streamlined interface, designed to simplify workflows and enhance usability for your team. With fewer clicks and a more intuitive layout, this upgrade introduces powerful new features to boost efficiency and make managing engagements easier than ever.

Key Features of the New Dashboard

Unified Dashboard Interface

Say goodbye to toggling between the Lobby Page and Dashboard Page! These functionalities are now seamlessly combined into a single, intuitive interface. With all the information you need in one place, managing workflows has never been easier or more efficient.

New Sidebar Navigation

Expandable Buckets

Buckets are organized by client status, including:

  • In progress

  • Waiting in queue

  • Checked in

  • Coming up

  • Incomplete

  • Finished

Each bucket remembers its expanded or collapsed state per user session, offering personalized convenience.

New Meeting Icons

Quickly differentiate engagement types with clear, intuitive icons for the different types of engagements, their meeting methods, and their statuses.

Checked In

Complete

Cancelled

No Show

Away and Busy Blocks

Away and busy blocks are now located in a dedicated Availability Section, keeping the sidebar focused on active customer engagements for a cleaner and more efficient workspace.

Enhanced Engagement Management

Walk-Ins at a Glance

No need to navigate to a separate Lobby Page—walk-ins are now fully integrated into the Dashboard. View and manage walk-ins directly from one streamlined interface.

You can do this in two ways:

  • By looking a the “Waiting in queue” bucket

  • Using the expanded view by clicking on the button to view the detailed queue.

Permissions-Based Actions

Use the 3 dot menu on an engagement to perform key actions like:

  • Starting walk-ins

  • Completing engagements

  • Canceling or editing walk-in details

The ability to edit or change status of engagements is still depending on permissions and service assignments in the same way it was in the lobby.

Filter by Engagement Scope

Use powerful filters to:

  • View your own engagements for focused management

  • Access branch-wide engagements for a comprehensive overview

These filters are perfect for managers who need visibility across the entire branch.

New Informative Landing Pages

Enjoy a refreshed landing page with clear, supportive messaging designed to guide your team seamlessly through the transition to the new dashboard. This thoughtful update aims to reduce confusion and ensure a smooth, intuitive start for staff.

Updated Engagement Buckets

Each bucket is designed to provide clear categorization for enhanced visibility and streamlined management of customer engagements:

  • In Progress: View ongoing engagements and stay up to date on active interactions.

  • Waiting in Queue: See walk-ins awaiting service, ensuring no customer is overlooked.

  • Checked In: Track customers who have arrived for their appointments and are ready for service.

  • Coming Up: Stay ahead with a list of confirmed, upcoming appointments for the current day. This includes unassigned appointments.

  • Incomplete: When viewing the dashboard for a previous date, this bucket will show all no-show, cancelled, or confirmed engagements from that date.

  • Finished: When viewing the dashboard for today, this bucket will show all no-show, cancelled, served, and completed engagements. When viewing the dashboard for a previous day, this bucket will only show served and completed engagements.

Availability Management Enhancements

The availability toggle for remote (for On-Demand Video users) and in-person walk-ins is now seamlessly integrated into the dashboard, providing effortless control at your fingertips.

Away and busy blocks are streamlined and managed separately, keeping the engagement space clean and focused on active customer interactions.

Consistency with Lobby Functionality

All features that were available on the Lobby are also available on the Dashboard with the exception of seeing the Remaining Wait Time for engagements in the queue. This is still visible on the Lobby TV for either staff to view or to display in the lobby for clients to view directly.

There are plans to add this to the new Dashboard in the future.

Lobby

New Dashboard

Change the status or edit a walk-in from the 3 dot menu.

The engagements in the dashboard sidebar have the same 3 dot menu that will let you have the same functionality you had on the Lobby page. They require the same permissions that were required to make these changes on the Lobby page.

Manually notify clients that they are next in line.

Click on a walk-in or click into the detailed view of the queue and then you can manually trigger the notification using the “Notify” button.

Set Lobby availability for self or others.

You can click on the Availability button

at the top of the Dashboard sidebar you can edit your own or other peoples Lobby Availability (depending on permission levels).

Check people in for their appointments.

You can now do this directly from the 3 dot menu next to the engagement on the New Dashboard Sidebar. Just click on the 3 dot menu and you can select who you want to check in. This will also move the engagement to the checked-in bucket so it doesn’t get missed.
