    • We have a new Walk-ins by Channel Booked insights report that allows you to see the source of a walk-in (Kiosk, Lobby View, or Online Queue). Walk-ins will show the source as “Unknown” if they occurred before we started tracking this information.

    • The new Walk-ins by Meeting method shows if the walk-in was at a physical location, or a phone call booked through the Callback Service.

  • Lobby management

    • We’ve added support for tracking UTM parameters walk-ins booked through the online queue. Add these parameters to your channels (QR codes, marketing website) that link to the online queue page. Track Source, Medium, Campaign, Term, and Content.

    • Data pertaining to the UTM parameters for walk-ins can be exported from the /queue/history/ page.

Improvements

  • Admins can now choose to sort staff lists alphabetically by first name

  • Lobby Management

    • We are making the Lobby TV view work better on small screens. If your screen resolution is smaller than 1080p you will now see a different layout that is easier to read on a small screen.

  • Online Queueing

    • We now show the location name on the online queue page so that the customer knows they are joining the queue at the right location.

  • Tracking

    • We are adding support for Google Analytics 4. Since Google Analytics 4 no longer uses the universal analytics property, if you plan to use this functionality please get in touch and we’ll get everything set up with the new Google Analytics 4 Property.

  • Reporting

    • In previous releases we have added support for passing UTM parameters for booking appointments. In this release, we are adding the ability to export those parameters in custom reports.

    • When your staff starts and ends an appointment or a walk-in from the Dashboard, we currently capture that information. We are now making that actual time spent with your clients (vs the planned time) available in the reports for easy analysis.

    • You can now see in customer reports which clients have opted out of receiving SMS messages from the system.

Other

  • We will be decommissioning the Coconut app in the app stores
