Connect

Zoom-in controls for screen sharing

We have introduced a new enhancement, designed to take your video calls to the next level: Screen Sharing Zoom-in Control. Now, when you’re viewing shared content during a video call, you can zoom-in to see intricate details more clearly—whether it’s small text or complex documents, you’re in control.

Here’s how this feature makes a difference for customer/members:

  • Improved readability: Zoom-in to focus on the finer details, ensuring nothing important gets missed.

  • Works on all devices: Whether you’re on desktop or mobile, zoom control is right at your fingertips

  • Seamless collaboration: Even while zoomed in, you can continue annotating on the screen without losing any functionality.

This enhancement is coming soon to customers using Coconut Connect for video meetings—no extra setup required. Keep an eye out for enhanced screen sharing!

Notifications

Updated Wait Time Alert Email

To help you stay on top of long wait times more efficiently, we’ve updated the subject line for lobby email notifications. The email now reads “Wait time exceeds # minutes”, replacing the old subject line, “Wait time is too long.”

This change makes it easier for your team to understand the exact in-lobby situation at a glance, so they can take action accordingly. No more guessing—just clear, actionable information.

This update is rolled out, ensuring your team receives clearer and more actionable notifications moving forward.

Advanced Analytics

Enhanced Services Deep Dive Dashboard

We’ve fine-tuned the Services Deep Dive Dashboard to make your data easier to interpret and analysis more effective:

  • The Engagements by Service tile is now more prominent, providing quicker access to key insights.

  • We have transformed the “Engagements by Service Type and Staff” and “Engagements by Service Type and Location” charts into stacked bar charts, making comparisons across service types easier at a glance.

  • The Appointment Feedback Rating section is now a simpler, more intuitive chart—no more deciphering complex tables!

These enhancements have already been pushed live. They are designed to help you gain deeper insights faster, so dive in and explore the updated dashboard today.
