Reserve With Google

We are excited to announce a partnership with Google that will allow financial customers in the US and Canada to book appointments directly through Google.

Reserve with Google is an innovative feature that allows users to book appointments with a business directly through Google Search, Google Maps, or Google Assistant. Partnerships like this are a perfect example of the type of interconnection and ease of use that customers expect in today’s digital world, and Coconut Software is proud to be able to bring this competitive advantage to our customers.

The Lobby View gives frontline staff a single view of who is waiting in the lobby, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ins. New optimized workflows include a simplified way to add a new walk-in, quick check-in to notify staff their client has arrived, live wait time previews, and visibility to see who is working at your location today.

New Insights Report

A new report has been added to insights to show the Coconut channel used to book the appointment. This report will help to understand how appointments are being made in your Coconut instance.

Custom Lead Times

It is now possible to control the lead time for an appointment booked for each of your services. A general setting is still available, and in addition, services can be grouped by the lead time or set individually. This is available in Settings > Client View > Booking Policies.

Contact Center Booking Tool

The Contact Center booking tool now allows filtering of users and services by supported language configured on the staff profiles.

As well, client information can be updated while booking the appointment. No need to go back to the client list to make changes to contact information.

New fields added to Custom Reports

We have expanded the list of fields you can export using a Custom Report:

  • Appointment ID

  • All times now have the time in both UTC and the location’s timezone

  • Booked through (the channel the appointment was created using)

  • Staff Job Title

  • Staff Role

  • Attendee added through (the channel the attendee was added using)

  • Appointment created and updated times

  • Separate full name for staff and client into first and last names
