March - The weather is becoming slightly warmer as we move into a new month. With our latest product updates you’ll have a few more things to warm up to throughout the month.
Coconut has been working on updates to meet and exceed expectations in terms of advancements in our features. For this month we are gearing our attention towards Self-serve tool for importing and exporting data, Scheduling and the ability to now warn users on the schedule if they are potentially double booking another staff member. As well as Lobby management which now allows staff to add walk-in and callback requests.
In new developments, we are excited to announce that we have launched a Coconut Customer slack channel where you can connect with your peers to have discussions, share tips, and best practices. We will also be posting new thought leadership, upcoming events and suggestions on what has worked well for others. Join now!
Thanks to those of you who already responded to our beta program email last Monday, for those of you that are still interested in trying out our zoom integration feature (this new feature will allow admins to set up the integration on behalf of all staff in Coconut by authenticating with Zoom) - please join the Beta program and contact your CSM for more information.

Quality Fixes
Fixed an issue where the order of services could not be changed in the services table.
Fixed an issue on the archived staff page where the page would be continuously loading.
When adding working hours or working hours adjustments, staff who are only assigned to private services will now be displayed in the list of staff for a selected location.
Fixed an issue where uncaught errors could cause a confusing blank white screen to be displayed in specific situations.
Fixed various user interface layout issues on the Modern Client View
Fixed an issue on the Schedule day view where dragging events between staff members to reassign was failing in cases where it should have succeeded. Remember that you can only re-assign to another staff member on the day view by dragging an event as long as the new staff member provides the service that the appointment is booked for.
Fixed an issue where some Internet Explorer users were seeing time slots displayed in UTC time on the Modern Client View.
Fixed an issue where cancelling an appointment through the Modern Client View would show a different appointment time in the cancellation modal than the actual scheduled appointment time.
Fixed an issue on the Modern Client View that could prevent users from adding additional attendees.
Fixed an issue where the client creation modal on the staff dashboard was only displaying 3 digits of a phone number on Internet Explorer.
