Spring is (finally) here, and we’re kicking it off with new enhancements from the Coconut Crew. But, before we dive into this month’s release we wanted to give you an exciting preview of an upcoming integration with Alkami’s digital banking platform.

Our team was on hand at Alkami’s Co-lab event in Austin, Texas to give attendees a glimpse of how Coconut and Alkami can be leveraged together to make it easier for account holders to schedule time with banking experts right inside their digital banking platform. You can read more about what’s to come here. Stay tuned for additional updates around our official integration launch.

In this release

Appointment Scheduling

Outlook virtual appointments no longer show branch location

The MS Outlook appointment integration has now been updated to exclude the branch as the location for phone and video appointments.

This update will be automatically enabled for all customers.

Schedule event loading loop

The schedule page occassionally has an events loop error that prevents the calendar from loading. We have improved error handling to prevent the loading loop.

This update will be automatically enabled for all customers.

Hide/show answer options for questions

When editing the answer options for multiple choice questions, there is now the ability to hide legacy answers instead of delete. This is to preserve the previously captured answers and ensure they are correctly mapped.

This update will be automatically enabled for all customers.

Advanced Analytics

SFTP enhancements

For customers who are subscribed to our Advanced Analytics and SFTP offerings, you can now securely export Looks from Advanced Analytics to your SFTP destination, either on a schedule or as a one-time transfer.

If this is your first time using SFTP for data export, simply configure your settings under Settings > Data > SFTP Settings. Existing SFTP users for Reports will find Analytics Looks sent to the same destination.

Not using Advanced Analytics or SFTP? Contact your Account Manager to learn more.
