We've made searching lightning-fast with the addition of a new search button in the 'Hours Adjustment' filter. Now, your searches will only run once you've finalized your adjustments, ensuring a faster experience.

Reserve with Google integration update
Currently, members/customers complete their entire booking process within Google when using Reserve with Google. With the upcoming update, after selecting a service category and clicking "Book" on a Google listing, the member/customer will seamlessly transition to Coconut's platform to finalize their booking. Booking confirmation emails and appointment reminders will now be facilitated by Coconut instead of Google.
Plus, the new booking flow unlocks several new features such as Pre-meeting Questions, Language Selection, Phone and Video Meetings, and Faster Route!
What action do I need to take?
No action is required from your organization. On Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, we'll automatically transition the Reserve with Google integration to the new booking flow.
Note: The change will automatically be made for all Coconut customers with the Reserve with Google integration.
