Scenario
Your clients/members are reporting that they cannot book at one of your organization’s locations when using the online booking experience (client view). This location was previously an option when booking online.
Solution
If a location is not appearing as an option in the online booking experience:
In Coconut, navigate to that location
Edit the location’s address and re-save
Click Online Booking
Confirm that the location now displays as an option in the location selection step of the online booking experience
