Overview:
You can book an appointment in Coconut Calendar using the Constellation Coconut Calendar - Book an Appointment tile.

Booking an Appointment
Navigation:
When you have signed into your Constellation account, the Constellation Dashboard screen will appear, listing all of your tiles.

Click on the Coconut Calendar - Book an Appointment tile.

The Appointments screen will appear.

Select the Book an Appointment button.

The Select a Service screen will appear.

Select a service from the list of services for your appointment.
The Select a Location screen will appear.
Select a Location Screen
There are 3 ways to search for business locations on the Select a Location screen:
Click the Find Location Near Me button to locate a business location closest to your current location. You will need to have Location Services turned on, on the device you are using to book the appointment.
Select the Search field and enter the name of the Business location.
Select a location area (e.g., Ontario) from the list to see which business locations are in that area.
When you have found a business location, click on the Select button to select the location.

The Select a Staff Member screen will appear.

Select a Preferred Staff Member option:
If you select a staff member who is available or who speaks a particular language, the Select Date and Time screen will appear.

On the left side of the Select Date and Time screen, select a Date from the Calendar View. Use the < Previous and > Next buttons to move to the next month or back to the previous month.
NOTE: Days that are circled indicate that there are still time slots available.
On the right side of the Select Date and Time screen, click on a Time Slot.

If you select a specific staff member, the Select a Staff Member screen will appear.

Select a staff member from the list by clicking on the Select link.
The Select a Staff Member screen will refresh listing the times the selected staff member has available for the selected date.
Available Time Slots
You can select a day at the top right side of the screen by choosing a day. Use the < Previous and > Next buttons to move to the next week or back to the previous week.
Select a Time Slot for the selected day.
The Enter Your Details screen will appear.

The First Name, Last Name, and Email Address fields will automatically pull from the user profile on Constellation.
NOTE: After 30 minutes have expired, the client's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address will not automatically pull from the user's profile on Constellation.

Enter Your cell phone number in the Mobile Number field.
Select the Receive appointments notifications via text message checkbox to receive appointment notification through text message using the cell phone number entered in the Mobile Number field.
Enter your complete address (street number, street name, city, postal code or zip code).
(Optional) Select if you agree to receive marketing emails from the company from the Do you accept being placed on our email marketing list drop-down list.
Enter appointment details or questions regarding the appointment in the Appointment Details field.
Select the + Add Additional Attendees button to invite another client to the appointment.
The Add Attendee screen will appear.

Enter the following client information:
First Name: Enter the client's First Name.
Last Name: Enter the client's Last Name.
Email: Enter the client's email address.
Mobile Number: Enter the client's cell phone number.
Receive appointment notification via text message: Select the checkbox to receive appointment notification through text message using the cell phone number entered in the Mobile Number field.
Your Address: Enter the client's address (street number, street name, city, and postal code or zip code).
Do you accept being placed on our email marketing list: (Optional) Select if you agree to receive marketing emails from the company.
Select the Add button to add a second client to the appointment. The Enter Your Details screen will appear, listing the second client under the Additional Attendees field.

Select the Book Appointment button.
The Booking Confirmation screen will appear, indicating that the appointment was successfully booked.
