Objective

Expand a client’s options when scheduling an appointment and strengthen the customer experience by providing your services in multiple languages.

NOTE: Additional Languages is an add-on feature. Please connect with your Customer Success contact to enable additional languages in your Coconut instance.

Steps

Additional languages can be added to Coconut’s platform and display to clients or members as part of the online booking experience. This is done as part of creating a new service or by editing an existing service.

Add a language to an existing service

To add a language to an existing service:

  1. From the navigation menu, click Services

  2. Navigate to the service you want to add another language to and click More

  3. Click Languages

  4. Select your desired language and click Add

  5. Enter a title for the service

  6. Enter a description for the service

  7. Enter instructions associated with the service, if applicable

  8. Enter a Faster Route Message associated with the service, if applicable

  9. Enter a Faster Route URL associated with the service, if applicable

  10. Click Save

Available languages

The following languages are available within Coconut:

  • English

  • French

  • Korean

  • Mandarin

  • Polish

  • Portuguese

  • Russian

  • Spanish (Castilian)

NOTE: These languages are what is available to display to clients or members in customer-facing elements of Coconut; they are different from the languages clients or members can choose to be serviced in as part of the online booking process.

A note on access and visibility

Admin users can add, edit, and archive services.
