The following Booked Through values represent the source of a booking.
NOTE: Any value not listed here is not in use. For more information about unlisted values, please contact your Customer Success Team.

3 | Schedule | Appointments booked directly through the schedule grid or through the “+ New” button on the top right of the schedule view |
4 | Authenticated API | Appointments booked through APIs. Please refer to https://developers.coconutsoftware.com/ for more information. |
6 | Contact Centre | Appointments booked through the “+New” button in the left hand navigation menu, or the “schedule appointment” button in the ‘Clients’ tab |
7 | Console | Coconut background processes (for example, Synced Microsoft Exchange events) |
8 | Inbound Email Webhook | Occurs when ICS files are sent to clients and they click the “decline”/“no” button when RSVPing |
9 | Modern Client View | Appointments booked through the Client View |
10 | Reserve With Google | Direct from Google search |
11 | Outlook Integration | Events added through Outlook Add-on |
12 | Lobby | Appointments booked through the “Book an Appointment” option in the Lobby View |
13 | Callback Service | Self-serve UI for creating walk-in appointments (either from Web flow or Kiosk) |
