Steps
Configure help options
What is displayed to users when they access Help from the navigation menu depends on the settings that are configured. To configure information displayed in the Help area:
From the navigation menu, click Settings
Click Support Information
Make your settings selections
Enter additional details, if desired, in the Internal Help Information text editor
NOTE: These details will display following the, How can we help? heading when users click Help from the navigation menu
Access help options
Users can access help options by taking one of the following actions:
From the navigation menu, click Help

โClick the help icon from the primary action menu
Accessing Help from the navigation menu or the primary action menu displays a flyout with available options
A note on access and visibility
Admin users can edit the details that display when Help is accessed. They can also access Help options.
Managers, staff users, and contact center users can access Help options.
