Quickly access trends in employee utilization from the Schedule view with Advanced Analytics
NOTE: This functionality is part of Advanced Analytics. Advanced Analytics is an add-on feature. Please connect with your Customer Success Manager to get started.
Steps
From the navigation menu, click Schedule
Make your desired location, staff, and timeframe selections
Click Utilization
The utilization table displays. From here, you can review metrics based on the parameters you selected.
Calculating Utilization
All appointment statuses except for Canceled are included in utilization calculations.
A note on access and visibility
Advanced Analytics is accessible to Admins and Managers within Coconut.
Admin users can access utilization data from Schedule for all locations and staff within the organization.
Managers can access utilization data from Schedule for all locations they are assigned to, and all staff associated with that location.
