What’s the difference between a field, dimension, and measure?
Dimensions and measures are subcategories of fields. Dimensions are field elements that can be added to an Explore to enrich the data being viewed. Measures help determine how the data is presented (count, percentage, etc.). The combination of dimensions and measures from various fields produces a metric.
What’s the difference between an Explore, a Look, and a Dashboard?
An Explore is a combination of dimensions and measures from various fields to produce a metric. Explores enable you to drill down into a particular element of your data.
A Look is a metric that can be saved from an Explore and added as a tile to a Dashboard.
A Dashboard is a combination of Looks and visualizations (a Look that isn’t saved to a folder before adding it to a Dashboard). Dashboards present a broad view of data centralized on a specific theme.

My staff's utilization is showing at above 100%. How is this possible?
Total available time when calculating a staff member's utilization is determined based on a combination of business hours, working hours, and adjustments. As a result, there is the potential for a staff member's utilization to be calculated at greater than 100% if an appointment is booked for that staff member through Schedule outside of a location's business hours.
For example, Central Branch is open 9-12 on Sunday mornings. Bonnie is booked for all of that time this Sunday. She also scheduled an appointment for a select client to advise on an important matter from 1-2 this Sunday. Bonnie's utilization for this Sunday will be greater than 100% as a result, because Central Branch's business hours are 9-12 only.
What appointment statuses are included in utilization calculations?
All appointment statuses except for Canceled are included in utilization calculations.
