Client View
reCAPTCHA Applied to All Organizations
To enhance security and prevent automated spam appointments, Google reCAPTCHA will be enabled on Client View for all accounts.
For organizations already using reCAPTCHA, there is no change.
Organizations using a custom implementation of Client View or kiosk via the Open API should contact support@coconutsoftware.com for guidance.
NOTE:
This change will be released to demo on November 19th and Prod on the 26th. For all accounts keep an eye out for an email from Coconut over the next month with your reCAPTCHA enrolment details and next steps.
In addition, reCAPTCHA settings have been moved from the Client View Settings page to Integrations & API, making it easier to review and manage alongside your other connected tools.
Schedule
Access to Coconut Connect Meeting Files Made Easier
Downloadable files generated from Coconut Connect video calls can now be accessed directly from the Schedule. Previously, these files were only accessible through the client’s activity record.
Depending on which Coconut Connect features are active, the following files may be available for download:
Audio recordings and transcripts (for recorded meetings)
Chat transcripts (when messages were exchanged)
Co-browsing activity logs (for sessions involving web forms)
NOTE:
Access permissions remain unchanged—only users with Admin or Manager roles can download these files.
This update will be automatically available on November 26th for all customers with Coconut Connect.
Preview of Walk-in Details
You can now preview walk-in details directly from the Schedule, similar to appointments and absences.
Quick details at a glance: Clicking a walk-in event opens a dialog showing key walk-in details.
Seamless navigation: A dedicated button within the preview dialog takes you straight to the dashboard with that specific walk-in entry selected—making navigation faster and workflows more efficient.
