We're rolling out a wave of updates designed to make managing your schedule as relaxing as a day at the beach. We’ve made it easier than ever to connect with clients in more languages and find reports even more quickly.

You can now select a custom list of languages on the Language Settings page. A language will only be available if a staff member has that skill assigned in their profile. Your existing supported languages will not change.

This feature is automatically available to all customers.

A "Recently Viewed" row has been added to the Advanced Analytics page, giving you quick access to your favorite dashboards and reports.

Additionally, a "Recommended Dashboard" row has been added with more context on the types of questions that can be answered with the data in that dashboard.

This enhancement is automatically available to all customers with Advanced Analytics.

Coconut now integrates with Candescent Digital Banking!

With this integration, customers/members can now schedule meetings directly in your app with their contact information automatically pre-filled. The booking source will also be captured by Coconut, so you can better understand your clients' behavior with Coconut's Advanced Analytics.

In August, we'll officially transition the Kiosk to the new user interface. This update will make the self-service experience more engaging and intuitive for your clients.

Existing Kiosk links will be automatically redirected to the new interface, so no action is needed.
