The text in italic bold will need to be replaced with your subdomain used in Coconut.
Configuration and Settings
Enable Glia integration using the toggle (this will cause the Glia script to load in client view)
enter an optional
site_id(used to distinguish between sites when an organization's Glia integration has multiple)
Add Glia Chat Bubble in Coconut Client View
Ask your CSM to enable the Glia feature in Coconut
In Glia settings (within the Glia platform), allow Coconut’s domain: clientname.coconutcalendar.com
Test and confirm: the Glia chat bubble should now be shown on the bottom right-hand corner of Coconut’s client experience (visit the URL above).
Create Auto and Easy Responses
Create canned responses in Glia where you can leverage Coconut’s Booking Shortcuts. This will make sharing booking links with customers easier for your Glia users and will offer a better customer experience.
Embed Coconut’s Contact Center as an Applet
Embed Coconut’s contact center experience in an applet in Glia by adding Coconut’s login URL (clientname.coconutcalendar.com/login). Please share this URL with your Glia rep if you’re unsure about how to create an applet. If you have SSO enabled, you can automatically trigger SSO authentication by using clientname.coconutcalendar.com/auth/default URL instead.
NOTE:
When embedding Coconut’s contact center, you will see menu options based on your role, i.e. if you are logged in as an administrator, you will see all options, but if your role is contact center, you will only see contact center menu options.
Common Issues and Troubleshooting
You may encounter the following error message:
Refused to Frame because an ancestor violate the following content security policy directive.
If this occurs add https://*.pendo.io & https://glia.applets.com" to the allowed domains.
