Coconut’s March Product Newsletter, provides all the updates and new features that the team has been working on.

Daylight Savings Time Change

Prior to the clocks springing forward this Sunday, March 10th at 2:00 am, we encourage you and your teams to take the following action to ensure your appointments are not impacted:

  1. Check your mobile phone, tablet and computer clock settings to ensure they reflect your timezone.

  2. Check your Coconut timezone settings by logging into Coconut > Edit Profile (top right icon) > Select your timezone.

These simple steps will ensure your upcoming appointments are not negatively impacted.

In the past, we have seen users with incorrect timezone settings experience incorrectly synced appointments and events showing up in the wrong time slot on their calendar.
