Scenario
When a staff member is scheduling an appointment and attempts to include a Zoom® meeting, they receive a notification that the application cannot get a Zoom link.
Solution
The Zoom integration connects with Coconut through the use of two tokens: an access token and a refresh token. The access token persists for ~30 days, before it expires, and the refresh token generates a new access token - and a new refresh token - automatically.
However, if there is a change to your organization’s Zoom account, the refresh token does not regenerate after use, resulting in the above scenario once the access token expires.
To resolve this issue, disconnect and reconnect the integration by uninstalling and reinstalling the Coconut Software app in your organization's Zoom account.
