Emergency escalation is only to be used outside business hours when there is an outage or other critical issue that requires immediate attention.

This includes complete outages, critical functionality problems that affect the entire organization, and any potential threat to data integrity or security.

If our investigation determines an emergency escalation is not critical, the priority level may be altered at our discretion.
