Manage the Call Entry Notification for Staff

Objective

Ensure your staff members are kept informed of when a client is waiting to join a Coconut Connect call by configuring staff notification settings.

Steps

  1. From the navigation menu, click Settings

  2. From Notifications, click Staff

  3. Scroll the page to view Call Entry Notifications

  4. Ensure the toggle is:

    • ON if staff should receive the email

    • OFF if staff should not receive the email

These notifications will be sent to staff when a client is waiting to join a Coconut Connect call if the staff member has not yet joined. The notification will be sent to the staff member by email.

A note on access and visibility

Admins can configure staff notifications from Settings.
