Objective

Delete a client to ensure your organization’s customer base remains up-to-date.

Steps

  1. From the navigation menu, click Clients

  2. Navigate to the client that requires updating

    • NOTE: If you cannot locate the client that requires editing, this may be due to your permission levels within Coconut. Please review Manage Clients for more details.

  3. Click the More Actions () icon

  4. Click Delete

  5. Click Yes to confirm

The client is removed from the system. If necessary, the client can be re-added by completing the steps to add a new client.
