Objective

With Branch Locator, you can:

  • Extend the online experience clients have with your institution to include searching for locations that don’t offer services, but do offer specific functionality your clients are looking for, such as an off-site ATM

  • Empower clients to search for and schedule appointments at locations based on filterable features, such as extended hours or on-site parking

NOTE: Branch Locator is an add-on feature. Please connect with your Customer Success Manager to get started.

  2. Click +New

  3. Enter a name and location details for the Point

  4. Enter a description for the Point, if desired, In Optional Point Messaging

    • NOTE: If added, this messaging displays in the Point’s details pane during the online client experience

      • If Optional Point Messaging is added when creating a Point, it displays as an info badge to clients when viewing Point details

  5. From Point Features, select all features that apply to the Point

  6. Select the default language for the Point

  7. If desired, update the External ID to a more reader-friendly ID that reflects the Point:

    • Click Confirm

    • Enter your desired External ID

  8. Click Save

Create a Location Feature

A Location Feature is an attribute associated with a Point or a Location. An example of a Location Feature may be extended hours or parking on-site.

To create a Location Feature:

  1. From the navigation menu, click Settings

  2. Click Location Features

  3. Click Add New

  4. Enter a Feature name

  5. Check Apply to all locations if this feature applies to all branch locations

    • NOTE: A Location Feature can instead be associated with one or more specific locations by editing those locations

  6. Click Add
