Objective

As an Admin in Coconut, you have full access to your organization’s Coconut instance. This enables you to create the optimal Coconut experience for both your customers or members and your staff, based on your organization’s needs and objectives.

Getting Started

The Admin role has access to all areas of Coconut, as well as increased visibility in certain areas of the platform.

Manage Services

From Services, you can manage the services your organization offers by adding new ones, or updating existing ones to ensure that customers/members always have the most current information in the online booking experience. You can also leverage services to help staff better understand the needs of your customers/members, and provide a better overall experience.

Manage Staff

From Staff, you can add a new staff member so that you have staff available to facilitate the services offered by your organization, as well as edit an existing staff member’s profile and assignments if their information or availability changes.

Manage Hours


From Hours, you can manage the working hours for a staff member to ensure that their hours reflect their availability. You can also manage a location’s business hours so that customers/members always have up-to-date information on when the location is open. If a staff member or location’s hours will be changing temporarily, you can add an adjustment to reflect that change for customers/members in the online booking experience.

Manage Locations

From Locations, you can manage the business locations available to customers/members through the online booking experience by adding and editing business locations, as well as archiving locations that are no longer available to customers/members.

Configure Settings


From Settings, you can manage the flow of the online booking process, client/member and staff notifications, booking policies, as well many other aspects of Coconut. You can also leverage settings to help support your organization’s key objectives by configuring different areas of the platform in a way that best suits your needs.
