Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How far back can I access audit data?

Due to system performance considerations, Audit Logs can only be accessed for the last 356 days.

How long does it take to generate a report?

Reports are generated overnight to maintain system performance. The report status can be viewed from the Reports table the next business day after the report was triggered.

What happens if my report fails?

If a report fails, you'll see a "Failed" status in the Reports table. Try regenerating the report again or contact your Customer Success Team if the issue persists. Note that the next business day timeframe still applies to re-triggered reports.

Can I get real-time audit data?

Currently, audit data is only available through overnight generated reports. Real-time auditing is not supported.

What format are the reports in?

Reports are delivered in CSV format, making them easy to analyze in spreadsheet applications.

Is there a limit to how many reports I can generate?

There's no limit to the number of reports you can generate, but Coconut recommends only running one request per night to optimize system performance.

How can I share this report with others in my organization?

Due to security reasons, Coconut does not recommend you share these reports without checking your organization's policies on who should see this information.
